Helloblue, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates B01-NUna, an advanced AI assistant platform with proprietary intelligent orchestration system. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application and services.
Our Application: B01-NUna is a multi-model AI system that provides intelligent conversational assistance, image analysis, document processing, code generation, web search, and other AI-powered features. Our platform uses an intelligent orchestration system to route requests across specialized AI models for optimal performance.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account information
You may sign in with email and password, or with Google, Microsoft, or Apple. When you use one of those providers, we receive the account details they share with us:
- Email Address: Your email address is used for account identification and communication.
- Name: Your display name from your account.
- Profile Picture: Your profile picture (if available).
OAuth Scope: We only request the minimum necessary permissions: email, profile, and openid. We do not access any other information from your Google, Microsoft, or Apple account. We do not receive your password from those providers. Email-and-password accounts are stored with our authentication provider, Supabase.
2.2 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use our application:
- Conversation History: Messages you send and AI responses are stored to maintain conversation context and improve service quality.
- Interaction Data: Features you use, timestamps, and session information.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and screen resolution.
- IP Address: Collected for security and analytics purposes (anonymized where possible).
2.3 Uploaded Content
When you upload files (images, documents, PDFs, and similar files), we process them to answer your request. Files you attach to a chat are kept with that conversation until you delete the conversation, delete your account, or ask us to delete them.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our AI assistant services
- To process and respond to your requests and queries
- To operate the service. Ordinary chat is not used to train a Helloblue model by default. Production replies on helloblue.ai are generated through Groq-backed orchestration. If you send feedback, we may use that feedback to evaluate the service and for separate training work that is not the default chat path.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues
- To comply with legal obligations
- To communicate with you about service updates or important notices
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- AI providers: Prompts, uploads, and related conversation content are sent to the provider selected for that request. The default cloud chat provider is Groq. Other providers, including OpenAI or Anthropic, are used only when that path is configured. Those providers process the content under their own terms.
- Hosting: Account and conversation records are stored with Supabase.
- Google: The site loads the Inter font from Google, so your browser contacts Google for that file. When Google Analytics is enabled, Google also receives usage events such as pages viewed.
- Error monitoring: When Sentry is enabled, it receives error reports. In production it may also receive a sample of session replays, with text and media masked.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Sign-in with email and password, Google, Microsoft, or Apple
- Regular security audits and updates
- Access controls and authentication
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Conversation history and uploaded files are retained according to our data retention policy. Specifically:
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after account closure to comply with legal obligations.
- Conversation History: Stored so you can return to a chat. You can delete individual conversations at any time. We do not train a production model on ordinary chats.
- Uploaded Files: Kept with the conversation they belong to until you delete that conversation, delete your account, or ask us to delete them.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
