1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Helloblue, Inc.'s B01-NUna application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

About Our Service: B01-NUna is an advanced AI assistant platform featuring a proprietary intelligent orchestration system. Our platform provides intelligent conversational assistance, image analysis, document processing, code generation, web search, company information lookup, and other AI-powered features. We use an orchestration system to route requests. Default production chat on helloblue.ai is Groq-backed. Other providers, including OpenAI or Anthropic, are used only when that path is configured.

2. Service Description

B01-NUna provides the following functionality:

• AI Chat Assistant: Intelligent conversational AI that can answer questions, provide information, and assist with various tasks.
• Image Analysis: Analyze and interpret images, including object detection, text extraction, and visual content understanding.
• Document Processing: Process and analyze documents, including text extraction, summarization, and content analysis.
• Code Generation: Generate code snippets, provide programming solutions, and assist with software development tasks.
• Web Search: Perform web searches and retrieve relevant information from the internet.
• Company Information: Look up company details, contact information, and business data.
• Multi-Model Orchestration: Intelligently route requests to specialized AI models for optimal performance.

Our service uses various AI models and third-party services to provide these features. The quality, accuracy, and availability of responses may vary depending on the AI models used and the complexity of your requests.

3. Use License

You may use B01-NUna for your own personal or commercial work, including drafting, research, and code for a business you operate. This is a license to use the service, not a transfer of title. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our application
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our services without written permission
• Use our services to generate content that violates applicable laws or infringes on others' rights

4. User Account and Authentication

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you may use it only with a parent or guardian's permission. You may create an account with email and password, or sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Comply with the terms of Google, Microsoft, or Apple when you use that provider to sign in

You can revoke a Google, Microsoft, or Apple sign-in from that provider's account settings. Revoking access will prevent you from signing in with that provider until you connect it again.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Generate, distribute, or share harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Generate content that impersonates others or misrepresents your identity
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload our services
• Share or resell access to your account without authorization
• Use the service to generate content that violates privacy rights or contains sensitive personal information of others

We reserve the right to monitor your use of our services and to remove or block any content that violates these terms. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

6. Content and AI-Generated Responses

AI-Generated Content: Responses generated by our AI systems are provided for informational and assistance purposes only. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases
• You should verify important information independently
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses
• You are responsible for your use of AI-generated content and any consequences thereof

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store that content to provide our services. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The B01-NUna application, intelligent orchestration system, and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Helloblue, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

Include your contact information, a description of the work, where the material appears in the service, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We review notices and remove or disable access to material we determine infringes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Helloblue, Inc. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the service is free of viruses or other harmful components

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helloblue, Inc. and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use our services
• Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time
• Update, change, or remove features or functionality
• Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our services
• Perform maintenance that may result in temporary service interruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes or service interruptions, but we are not obligated to do so.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are located outside the United States, your use of our services is at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be conducted in English and will take place in Delaware, United States. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. If arbitration is not enforceable for any reason, any action at law or in equity shall be brought in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.
